FAA Part 157 normally requires notice at least 90 days before construction or a reportable change. County, fieldwork, utility, aircraft, and FAA schedules can overlap but remain independently uncertain.

    Every aircraft record links to its supporting sources. Missing manufacturer values remain missing; the tool does not silently infer them.

    Geometry caution

    Aircraft controlling dimension D is not propulsion reference diameter RD. FAA screening geometry cannot be completed when RD or aircraft-specific downwash data are unpublished. Part 103 ultralights are outside EB 105A’s formal scope.

    Market caution

    Certification targets frequently move. Preorders, reservations, demonstration flights, and foreign approvals are not U.S. type certification. Lilium has ended; Supernal S-A2, CityAirbus, Overair, and Textron Nexus are not treated as active market entrants. Volocopter is distressed but active.
